We take every concern seriously. Use this form to raise a formal dispute or complaint and a senior member of staff will follow up directly.
Our promise
Every dispute is reviewed by a member of the school leadership team. We will:
- 📨 Acknowledge your submission within 24 hours
- 🔎 Investigate confidentially and fairly
- ✅ Provide a written outcome within 7 working days
- 📞 Offer a follow-up meeting if you request one
